restarting account

Closed my old account with IDM in December but just took out a new sim deal with them. Now can’t see how to restart my online account which just says I’ll be able to see my old data for 6 months from December. Anyone know how to reset my account.

You cannot reuse an old online account with iD Mobile. You need to register a new account and you will need to use a new email address.

As @WelshPaul mentions above you’ll need to use a different email address to one used previously for a new account.
