I have sent an iPhone 11 to the returns address which was provided by a member of the live chat team. Was sent signed for and the tracking reference number shows that it has been delivered and signed for yesterday but I haven’t been sent confirmation by iD mobile that it has been received. Will I receive this email soon as I need to know it made it there safely!
