I received my new upgraded phone however the email states to pop my old phone in the Jiffy bag provided and send back as it’s already prepaid. However I don’t seem to have any additional Jiffy bag and the address is obviously mine on the bag for my new phone. Does the prepaid bag come separately?

You’d order the trade-in bag at the time of placing your order.
If you head onto the site and process this, a bag will be sent out to you to return the phone in.
