With my contract I got a free Asus Chromebook, I've had it a week and now it won't turn on. How do I go about getting it fixed. The power light on the side is white and it's on but nothing is displayed. The light doesn't go out when I press the power button.

You could discuss a repair in-store with Currys or contact ASUS for support under its warranty.

Thanks for the reply, I've sorted it now. It was stuck in sleep mode so had to do a 3 button press & the screen came on then. Apparently it's a known thing. Thanks again.
