Why is turkey not on the list?

Do you mean the list of inclusive EU roaming destinationsÂ
Turkey isn’t a member of the EU (yet), but I suppose iD could have added it to the Band 2 destinations in their inclusive roaming list.
Belarus seems an odd one, considering the situation in Ukraine.
