I’m currently shopping around an am thinking of switching to ID Mobile on a new pay monthly contract with new handset.
If I get a new phone from you on a 24 month contract next month, when would the first price increase occur? It seems ridiculous that I could sign up for a 2-year contract in March having been attracted by your pricing, only for the monthly cost to go up one-month into the contract.
Can you confirm whether this is the case or whether there is a minimum period of use at the advertised price before any increases?
