I am really unhappy with my phone, I didn't know we wouldn't be able to get Google on it, so no apps for my banking ect available for me, I am disabled and depend on my phone for everything, is there anything I can do??? I have another year before I can up grade it and to leave early would cost over £300 I am over 60 and just cannot afford to pay that, any advice please, Thankyou in advance Anne x

We offer a 30 day return policy on all of our handsets, so you have time to assess if the handset is suitable for your needs before committing to the 24 month contract. Are you inside of this 30 day period?
