S22 Ultra trade-in boost - Trade in Bonus £150 no received

I purchased an S22 Ultra in November with the trade-in boost offer. I have received £30. However, not received the trade in bonus yet. I can see many people have similar issue.

There is no reply on the last 2 occasions from Curry’s trade in.

I'm in the same boat as this and have not heard anything about my trade in. I emailed for a response on the 6th of January and heard nothing. I haven't even receivwd my trade money in for my old phone, never mind the bonus. Please help
