I received my new phone on 22nd Feb 2024 and redeemed the offer.for.my Galaxy Buds2. Its been over a month now and I'm still waiting for them. Has anyine had the same problem ir can anyone tell me roughly how long it has taken them to get theirs

Step 1:
Pre-order and purchase a new Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+, or S24 Ultra on 24 months monthly plan from www.idmobile.co.uk between 31/01/2024 - 27/02/2024 and you will be eligible to claim Galaxy Buds2 Pro in Graphite and a SmartTag2 in Black by redemption.
Step 2:
