saying unpaid dd but gone out of my account

I have recently just upgraded in October and wish I hadn't it says on my account that I have an unpaid bill but I have checked my account and it has been taken for march so I dont understand how this is can someone please help as there's no one to talk to

Hey @Tara Doughty, I can see you posted this on a weekend where we do sometimes see some issues with the app updating. I imagine all is well now, but if you’re still having issues, I’d recommend speaking to the Live Chat, Facebook or Twitter teams, as they’ll be able to help.
