Hi I've just purchased a new contract phone but I've selected the wrong package and the order has gone through. Is there a way to change my package

I’d recommend the same above from @andewhite, we may need to return your current order and place a new one, if it hasn’t been dispatched yet this may be easier, please contact the sales team as they may be able to assist.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, the iD sales team on 020 7139 1397 might be able to help with this, @Dean Pob Fellows.  

Otherwise, you’ll probably have to return your order, and then order the package you want.
