I cannot send any messages outside the UK.  I get message, ID error 0,. What I need to go?  I have some extra money on my account.

Have you checked the following @Florentyna Laba?

  • That the International option is turned on in your iD account, by using the iD app or the online account portal “my.idmobile.co.uk”. 
  • That your iD account bill cap high enough to cover the cost of sending multiple text messages to non-UK mobile numbers. 

Alternatively, use WhatsApp or Skype or something similar to send message overseas.

Hey @Florentyna Laba,

As @andewhite mentioned, you need to enable this in the account, then increase your spend cap to allow the chargeable texts.
