I sent my daughter an mms picture message yesterday once and she has and keeps recieving the same message....she now has had the same message 9 times and i have a charge if £3.00 on my bill......for a message i sent once???

Does your daughter use iD Mobile?
iD Mobile had major network problems on 1st & 2nd Dec, affecting access to their mobile services for thousands of customers - perhaps this affected your MMS message.

I guess by setting your iD account bill cap to £0, you won’t get charged for anything that’s not included in your plan allowances or add-ons.
Meanwhile, the primary iD Mobile channels for customer support are:
- Online Live Chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (via popup window in a browser).
- Private messages using Facebook Messenger.
- Sending an X (formerly Twitter) DM.
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
