When trying to make phone calls there seems to be no service. People cannot hear me when they sound perfectly fine. It keeps happening over the last week

Does this happen in all locations or just certain ones?

 

Have you tried your SIM card in another device?

Hi Tom,

 

It is happening anywhere and currently don't have a spare device to use the sim in.

We can get a replacement SIM sent out to you to test.

Alternatively you can collect one free of charge from your local Curry’s store.
