service suspended

Hi, My service been suspended after payment been made. why?? and how long it will take to active my service please

It can sometimes take up to 24-hours to lift an account suspension @masif.

Hi @masif, @andewhite is correct here, it can take up to 24-hours for your services to be back up and running.

it’s also worthwhile making sure that you restart your phone to help this along if you haven’t done this already, as this can restore your services.
