Trying to text local radio station to enter a competition and always get error 0. Id error.
Account has premium on and I can't find anywhere in my account to change caps if any exist…
Help?

It seems that you cap may be £0 which is preventing you from sending the message.
You can change your cap my logging into your account/app and going to Services>Set a cap now.
You’ll need to increase this to the amount you wish.
Let us know how you get on with it.
