I am having issues with bad signal. I travel for work and doesn't matter where I am the signal is very poor to the point it barely works.

I’m sorry to hear this, are you around the same areas or varying locations? Have you looked at the postcodes you frequent on the iD Mobile coverage checker?

 

Have you tried your SIM in another device to test if the issue continues across there?
