Please may someone contact me, as I was signed up to ID Mobile without my knowledge or consent.

Hello @Renee2210,

That’s not great news.

To deal with this quickly, your best bet is the iD Live Chat service at:

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat 

There are iD agents between 9am to 8pm Mon-Fri and between 9am to 6pm at weekends.

To avoid the annoying 24/7 chat-bot you need to type “talk to a person”.

However, if you don’t mind waiting, an iD employee will probably send you a private message in this forum (iD community) in due course.
