SIM CARD NOT DELIVERED

I have received no updates on the delivery of my sim card. I am currently double paying to my old provider and ID mobile because I havent received my ID sim card yet to be able to “keep my number”. 

 

No live chats work, no contact number, no way to get support.

The iD website says it takes 3-5 working days for SIM cards to be delivered @Lana Matta

iD Mobile dispatch their SIM cards using Royal Mail post, without tracking information. 

If your order was dispatched more than 5 working days ago, unfortunately it might have been lost in transit @Lana Matta.

If live chat doesn’t work, have you tried contacting the iD customer support team on Facebook or Twitter? Do this privately using Facebook Messenger, or a Twitter direct message.

The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends + bank holidays).

When did you order your SIM only plan?

 

As mentioned by @andewhite it’d come within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail.
