Sim Card not delivered after 10 days

Hi,

 

On the 20th January I signed up for a new SIM only contract and was told I would be sent another email with the dispatch confirmation. However it has been 10 days and I have recieved no confirmation. How can I get a SIM card before my previous contract with a competitor runs out?

To get hold of an iD SIM card immediately, just visit any Currys or Carphone Warehouse and purchase your iD plan in-store.

Hi @Nicknotname, many apologies with the delay on your SIM arriving. Our SIMs are sent via royal mail and can take 3-5 working days to arrive. However, you should have received this by the 27th January at the latest. 

You would be able to pick up a replacement SIM card at any Currys store, which then would be able to be activated via the iD mobile app. However, if you’re unsure of any of your contract details, or iD mobile number, let us know and we’ll send a private message in order to get this resolved.
