I received my new phone at the beginning of the week but so far have not received an ID Mobile SIM card. When can I expect my new SIM Card, please?
Silly question I know, but did you order a SIM Free phone, or phone + airtime plan?

New iD SIM cards are dispatched activated, and iD start billing you when the new SIM card is dispatched.
I suggest you use the Live Chat service tomorrow and ask an iD customer service agent to find out what’s going on - this forum isn’t real-time, so could be several days before iD read your post.
Once you’re connected on chat, type “talk to a person” for assistance from an agent.
The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 6pm weekends.
You can also get assistance from iD Mobile by contacting them privately using their facebook page or Twitter page.
