iphone 14 has arrived but no sim card received. number being ported across but without sim I wont be able to access network. Can i have an update on when it will arrive?

If you don’t have a SIM card, get a replacement from your nearest Currys store, otherwise use the iD online live chat service to request a replacement.

Unfortunately, if you’re are signed-in to your iD community account
To avoid the error you can:
- Sign-out of your iD community account before going to the main iD website.
- Open an incognito or private tab/window in your web browser, then use the iD live chat.
Otherwise, if you don’t mind waiting, somebody from iD will read you post in a day or two.
