i get new contract phone from Carphone and new sim card but sim card do not work please help itry couple difereence phone but nothing happen always show no sim card

You should go back to Carphone Warehouse and get them to fix this problem.

It sounds like your SIM doesn’t work properly.

Anyway, good luck. 

I'm in the carphone but say me I has to contact ID mobile

Okay @Malgorzata123, did Carphone sell you the SIM card?

If Carphone sold you a SIM card that does not work, they should give you another one.

In the UK a retailer cannot sell you faulty goods, then not fix the problem.

 

I buy iPhone 13 in the contract for 24 months. First open box phone is broke second thing when I exchange the phone for new sim card do not work. I go Yesturday and say me I need contact id mobile

Okay @Malgorzata123, did you buy your iPhone 13 with 24-month contract and air-time SIM from Carphone Warehouse?

If you did, then by law (Consumer Rights Act) the retailer must sell you products that work.
If you bought something that doesn’t work, the retailer (Carphone?) must put things right.
