I need some help my daughter’s new sim card isnt working and even when put her old sim back in her phone she is not able to make calls or anything
Hey there
- Is the SIM card activated, and activated to the correct account?
- Are all payments up to date, and no suspension on the account?
- Have you recently ported over to us or taken a new contract out?
- Have you tried restarting the phone, and taking the SIM card out and then putting it back in?
Please can you answer these questions, and we’ll be able to look into this further for you.
