Sim card not working following replacement (lost/stolen)

My new SIM is apparently active but I not getting any service on it. I the live chat isn't helping with this ether.

 

Can someone please help.

Hello @tobyw,

I’ll get a PM sent over. If you reported the old one as lost/stolen, there will have been a suspension applied which needs to be manually lifted.
