Sim card stopped working


Hello, my sim card has just stopped working, when I'm outside I can't use anything at all it says no sim and can only make or receive calls with WiFi calling, my text messages aren't coming through and my data doesn't work, I haven't changed anything at all it just stopped working a few days ago. I have looked at all the help things and done everything it says will fix it but nothing works, I can't get hold of anyone just to get a replacement sim please could someone from Id mobile message me

You can get a replacement iD SIM card (free of charge) from any Currys store.

You can also ask for a replacement SIM card through the iD social media customer support team on Facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM).

The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).

I don't have a curry's store anywhere near me and I don't use Facebook or twitter?

Try the online live chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

Then just type “talk to a person” after connecting.

@Tom from iD sent you a private message earlier today (03-03-2023).

To be honest @Elainer, it’s a lot easier (and quicker) to communicate privately with iD Mobile via their social media customer support team using Facebook (Messenger), or Twitter (by DM) - assuming you’re using these social media platforms. 

I've already said I don't use them, I just want someone to sort it out I've had had any signal for nearly a week
