Sim Does Not Work

Hi,

I am a new customer and youve sent me my sim card, yet it does not work.

It shows as ‘no sim’ in both a one 9 plus pro and a samsung galaxy s22…

The sim is faulty.

I have tried for the last 3 hours to chat to your live service, but the live chat box does not appear.

So far I am not happy with this service.

Who can help??

I got a new phone and sim yesterday from mobiles.co.uk and also seem to have a faulty sim. SIM inserted correctly in Pixel 8 Pro and its showing as no sim.  

Seems strange that they cant get the simple things right

Please let us know if you still require a replacement SIM and we can get one sent out.

Alternatively you can collect one from your local Curry’s store.

@McMacLeod was the replacement SIM card activated once you received it?
