Hi @arararar, you can use our SIMs in France, just a few things to note:

• You’ll need to use the SIM in a phone in the UK before you set off for France, in order to provision the services - ensure you make at least one call, one text, and access data services at least once
• You’ll be subject to our fair data usage policy which restricts the amount of data you can use, depending on the cost of your plan. For example, if you took out the 100GB 30-day rolling plan at £16 per month, you’d only be able to use 12.35GB when in France, and not the full 100GB. Find out more here
• I’d recommend giving this article a read, as it explains everything you need to do before leaving for France 
• And of course, a 30-day rolling contract doesn’t mean that the line is disconnected after 30 days, so you’d need to contact us in order to cancel
