Sim hasn't arrived

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my new sim only contract sim and it hasn't arrived I can't get on the I'd mobile app as it wants to send a code to the sim which hasn't arrived any ideas or help much needed thanksĀ

Iā€™m in the same situation. No one responds from the company. Never annoying available on live chat. But they have managed to message regarding the direct debit from my account. Feel like Iā€™ve leased and paid for a car but no car!Ā

Sounds like your SIM order has been lost in transit @Knightsy89.

You should be able to get a replacement iD SIM card from any Currys store, otherwise itā€™s a case of persevering with the live chat service to request a replacement.

FYI @Knightsy89, iD start charging you from the date they say the SIM card was dispatched, whether or not you receive your order.

Sorry to hear that you donā€™t have your SIM cards.

SIM only contracts can take 5 working days for delivery so if itā€™s not delivered after that we would need to check it out.

Due to the high volume of posts we havenā€™t been able to respond as quickly as we wanted.
