sim not arrived

I've placed my order on 15th April. No emails regarding sim dispatch. Although received email for Direct debit in placed and money will be going out soon?

I've also registered with ID and received email of the activation of account but when I login, no recognition of my account.

If it’s a SIM delivery it can take up to 5 working days.

However if the SIM doesn’t get delivered after this time, please let us know and we will investigate further.
