I ordered sim and has not been delivered. I have raise via live chat with no success. H ow I can track my order

When i ordered a new sim,i got confirmation from DPD through email and they delivered it.

You could always pop in currys carephone warehouse if you have one local as they give them out.

Or you could always contact live chat again but for how long you have too wait sometimes,the alternative may be quicker. 

Once you get your sim,you can get it activated on the app.

How long ago did you place your SIM only order?

 

SIM cards are sent via Royal Mail and received within 3-5 working days.
