Sim not recived

I placed an order for a sim only contract and was advised it had been dispatched on 6th April.  It still hasn’t arrived.  Can you please advise.

I’m sorry to hear that, SIM only orders are typically sent via Royal Mail to be received in 3-5 working days, if it’s passed 5 working days and you still haven’t received anything we’ll be able to look into sending out a replacement SIM!
