Sim not supported in upgraded phone

Hi
I’ve upgraded my ID mobile plan and moved from an iPhone 11 to a 13.
When I insert the existing sim I get a message saying the sim isn’t supported.
The previous phone was unlocked.

Advice please!

Okay @ChrisMK, on your iPhone 13 what does it say under the following:

Settings > General > About

Scroll down looking for the “Network provider Lock” value.

If your iPhones are unlocked for use on any UK network, it will say “No SIM restrictions”.

It’s been one of those days.
While waiting for a reply, I tried the card again and it’s now working!
Nevertheless, thank you for the reply - I wasn’t aware that info was available!
