Hi I’ve put the sim In 3 phones and all are saying no sim inserted? Do I need to activate the sim? If so , how?

Sorry to hear this, how long have you had this issue with your SIM?
We have had a recent outage that we apologise for, we believe services are back up and running, it may be worth rebooting your device to test.

Sounds like you might have received a faulty iD SIM card,
