Hi, I currently have a sim only plan until June.

However, my phone is faulty and I want to go on a new pay monthly phone contract.

Will ID allow me to upgrade early or will I have to pay off the remaining balance of my sim only plan?

Unfortunately, iD’s contracts are not that flexible @Geraint Thomas.

You can pay off the balance of your current iD plan, but doing that will not allow you upgrade early.

Unfortunately as @andewhite suggests this wouldn’t be possible, it could be an option to see what SIM free devices we have in stock and pop your current iD SIM card into that one.
