When my contract ends this month I want to stay with ID with sim only with same services, will they contact me or do I have to contact them?

Best to contact iD customer services about changing your plan, once your minimum-term finishes @Kathleen Seager. 

Generally, iD won’t contact you about changing your tariff when the contract minimum term has finished.
