SIM only change/dead links

I'm trying to change to a SIM-only plan but most links give me this - 'The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is 6388834088610561826'

How do I fix the links and get a SIM only deal?

Make sure you are NOT LOGGED-IN to the iD Community when you visit pages on the main iD Mobile website @Stan Watt.

The cookies used with the iD Community cause this problem, if you try to access pages on the main iD website, while signed-in to your iD Community account.

Let us know if you still have issues, alternatively you can call the sales team on 0207 1391 397 to see if they can assist with an upgrade to SIM only.
