sim only deals

I'm having trouble getting the 'sim only deals' page up. It tells me that it's unavailable - do you know if there is a problem? My contract with ID ends 7th May, I don't need a new phone but would like to stay with a sim deal - can anyone help???

It's tell me that my URL request is rejected and my contract ref is 10719637870011034713 - if that helps anyone!
