Hi, my phone is getting repaired and I would like to use a spare phone while I wait to get my phone back. However when I put the sim in the phone it is asking for a sim unlock pin. Can you please help with this.

Where did you buy your spare phone - did you get it from iD Mobile?Â
It seems likely your spare phone is locked to a different network, hence the request for a SIM unlock PIN after you inserted the iD SIM.
