I ordered my new phone earlier and tried to contact customer service.
1) No Phone Number to speak to a Human 🙄
2) A Bot Service that doesn't put me through to customer service
3) I get that nowadays people like this automated service, I can not stand it. Its just an easy way to put blockers between us and them.
All it was is that the account (which I didn't realise) had my old address details on the account. I realised this when reading my confirmation email. I adjusted my addressed details afterwards, however its probably too late to ask for an address modification on the order.
ID Mobile you say you are 100% committed to Customer Service. How is this customer service. 🙄
