Simple amendment of Delivery details.

I ordered my new phone earlier and tried to contact customer service.

1) No Phone Number to speak to a Human 🙄

2) A Bot Service that doesn't put me through to customer service

3) I get that nowadays people like this automated service, I can not stand it. Its just an easy way to put blockers between us and them.

All it was is that the account (which I didn't realise) had my old address details on the account. I realised this when reading my confirmation email. I adjusted my addressed details afterwards, however its probably too late to ask for an address modification on the order.

 

ID Mobile you say you are 100% committed to Customer Service. How is this customer service. 🙄

Hey @Bwilkinson999, the quickest way to get your address details changed on an order is by speaking to one of our FacebookTwitter or Live Chat teams.

If you do use Live Chat, just type “Speak to an agent” to be put through to someone.
