Hi,
MFA and kne time passwords aren't being delivered again.
I had no problems previously on vodafone, can you guys help me as I can't work without them!!

You reported a problem with this on 17-May-2022 - did iD get the issue fixed back then?
This happens quite frequently for numbers ported from Vodafone, but your best option is to contact iD customer service by Live Chat - type ‘talk to a person’ once you get connected on chat.
You can also contact iD Mobile privately by using their facebook page or Twitter page.
