I have been with ID mobile since February and all of a sudden I find I can’t call my gp surgery or my dentist. I haven’t experienced this before I am on unlimited plan and the area codes are included.
this is so inconvenient and I tried to get to the bottom of this issue via chat but to be honest it was a waste of time as they were none the wiser as to what the issue is.
Any help, advice greatly appreciated please.

Sorry to hear this, is your bill cap at £0? Even though the number isn’t a premium one our system may believe it to be one and block it preemptively to avoid charges.
We’d recommend trying to raise the bill cap above £0, trying again and letting us know how you get on.

Hi thanks for your response but it’s not to do with the spend cap as mines not set a zero and my neighbour has had the same problem. They are with three so I am guessing it’s a problem to do with the three network.

Are you able to share the number(s) you’re unable to call?
If another user who is with Three UK is also unable to call them it may indeed be as you say something with the Three network itself.
