My son lost his phone so can't log on his missing mobile.

I can't do it on my account

Unable to ring customer services

Over 4000 related help articles

Nightmare to get a new sim and sort his back out

All automated and can't access without a missing mobile phone

Okay @Mark Bottomley, I recommend contacting the iD social media team using facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message), for assistance with your son’s lost phone.

FYI, any out-of-hours private messages left on social media are picked-up when the iD social media team next start work.

I hope you manage to get this issue resolved soon.

Hello @Mark Bottomley,

You can report the phone as lost/stolen via the auomtated line.

This blacklists the phone and suspends services.

Then contact us if you haven’t already, or we can PM you here and get a replacement SIM sent out.
