I set up a SIM only plan on IDMobile for my son, which I pay for monthly. I cannot access his details via my ID mobile account. He may or may not have an account. If he does he won’t know what the password is as it’s so long ago (and his password would be on his phone), so I need to set an account up for him so that I can order a bigger SIM card to use in an old phone while his screen is repaired (screen is black and cannot get into the phone).
Can I set up an account without needing a verification code, that would be sent to his unusable
phone?
