Hello,
I recieved a SMS this morning letting me know that my current number had been transferred to iD. It worked immediately so I was all set to go.
However, less than an hour later I am unable to make or receive calls, when people call me or when I try and make a call the message is “sorry you do not have access to this service”.
I have logged into my account and the number displayed is the number I wanted it changing too, ending 7034.
Please can you help
