I am still unable to receive calls from certain networks and landlines and I can’t receive normal text message this has been going on for a few days now

If you can’t receive calls and text messages, it’s most likely a problem with your iD SIM card (possibly damaged or faulty), your handset, or your iD account.
Have you tried the iD SIM in a different handset?
You posted about a similar issues around 4-months ago - how was that resolved
Yes I’ve tried it in another handset still having the same problem, but my sons sim works perfectly fine in my phone so it’s definitely not mine. When anybody is calling me it’s just saying call failed

Anyway, it does seem most likely it’s either your iD SIM card (possibly damaged or faulty), or your iD account.

It sounds like it’s a faulty SIM card.
You can collect a replacement SIM from your local Curry’s store or we can get one sent out.
