Still waiting for phone after upgrading 3 weeks ago

I upgraded both of my sons phones 3 weeks ago and as I missed the DPD delivery they sent them back to curry’s. Phones were upgraded directly on the iD mobile website.

 

Have contacted DPD and curry’s both have told me to contact ID mobile. Spoke on the live chat twice and both times they’ve told me they will speak to DPD. (I know the phone is in the curry’s warehouse as they have confirmed this). And they’ve been absolutely useless both times!

 

I just want the handsets I am paying for. And for my children to be able to use the new phones.

 

Does anyone have a direct contact number so I can speak to someone and get the phones sent?
