My phone was stolen, I rang id to inform them, they said they would send a replacement sim, how long does it take to receive a new sim?

Replacement SIM cards can take 5 working days to be delivered or next day delivery depending how the delivery method used.
If you require a replacement SIM sooner you can collect one from your local Curry’s store.
