strong signal but no data at times?

Me and my wife joined just over a week ago and on a couple of occasions we can have full bars of signal but absolutely no data working?

Latest was last night whilst we were out. Is it likely to be an isolated incident or do we need to jump ship before 14 days are up?

I used a 3 checker for the postcode and it said it can be too busy at times to give a reliable service, seriously!

Yeah @Paul Callon, it’s a strange network status, but congestion would cause issues with your mobile data because Three UK use their TrafficSense product to manage network bandwidth when things get busy.

Hi @Paul Callon 

 

If you’re both having the same issues this would indicate that the signal itself may not be strong in your area or as the outage checker suggests, it may be busy and congested at times which would present issues.
